Welcome to e2E Rail Village training academy! We are excited to have you as a trainee in our
technical training program(s).
Please go through the following terms and conditions that will govern your participation in the
program as a trainee :
Payment Policy
a. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment in any training program you wish to choose and
join.
b. The Fees once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
c. Subject to condition (b) above, if a trainee wishes to change to any other training program within
10 days of start of the program he / she is registered for, e2E Rail may, upon specific request
consider providing a discount of not more than 25% of the fee for the alternate training program.
This is purely subject to such an alternate course being available, the trainee eligible to take part in
the alternate course and such alternate course starting within 30 days of the start of the course for
which the trainee has registered and paid the full fees.
Attendance and Participation
a. Trainees are expected to attend all classes and complete all assignments.
b. If a trainee misses a class, he / she is responsible for catching up on the missed part of the course
and assignments; no separate or additional coaching will be provided for such missed lessons of the
training course.
c. Trainees are expected to participate in class discussions and other activities pertaining to the
course as per guidelines and instructions of the trainers.
Code of Conduct
a. Trainees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
b. Any form of discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
c. Trainees are not to indulge in any unethical behaviour or practices during the sessions and this
would be covering the assignment and examination durations of the course as well.
c. Trainees are expected to follow the instructions of the instructor(s) and the academy at all times.
Intellectual Property
a. All materials provided in the program are the property of the academy and may not be copied or
distributed without written permission.
b. Trainees are not allowed to use any electronic or other means of recording the proceedings of a
training class.
c. Trainees are allowed to use the materials provided to them for their personal learning only.
Placement / Career Guidance
a. The training academy may, subject to feasibility provide placement assistance to the
successful participants of the training programme.
b. Such assistance, if provided, is without any obligations on the part of Rail Village; and is
clearly not a specific enforceable right on the part of the trainees.
c. Those trainees who have successfully completed a training program may approach Rail
Village for further career guidance for a period of upto 3 years after completion of the
training. Rail Village may provide, under its sole discretion, such guidance / counselling /
consultation to such trainees on separate signed agreement at such a time.
Liability
a) The academy is not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur during the program.
b) Trainees are responsible for their own safety and well-being while participating in the
program.
c) Trainees shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the academy, its officers, directors,
employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses,
liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising
from: (i) use of and access of the Website/Services; (ii) violation of any term of these Terms
or any other policy of the academy; (iii) violation of any third party right, including without
limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that trainee’s use of the
Website/Services has caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification
obligation will survive these Terms.
d) In no event shall the academy, its officers, directors, employees, partners or agents be liable
to Trainees or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive
damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits or any other
claim arising out, of or in connection with use of or access to, the website/services.
e) In the event of trainee’s breach of these Terms, it is agreed that the academy will be
irreparably harmed and may not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. The
academy therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a
breach from any court of competent jurisdiction. The academy’s right to obtain such relief
shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies.
f) The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without
regard to conflict of law principles. Further, the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore and trainee hereby accede to and
accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
By enrolling in the technical training program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above
terms and conditions.
