Training Methodology

e2E provides a compact and comprehensive 270 hrs learning program on:

1. Railway Signalling
2. Railway Electrification
3. Railway Track
A very easy procedure for application, after the candidates are shortlisted for admission, a perfect classroom training is provided. Alongside a student gets to have practical training, attend workshops, on job training, interactive sessions, handle case studies, pursue site and industrial visits and get to interact with the professionals who
are mentors. After final examination by TUV Rheinland, successful trainees ( with 67% marks) are provided with course completion certificates and placement support students are provided with certificates and placements.
Through the training programs at e2E Rail Village, students get to have a healthy mix of theoretical and practical knowledge with on-the-job training modules.

In collaboration with e2E Rail Village, e2E Rail has announced a unique E-learning
platform portal under the brand name Swadhyaya.1.      Railway Track

Foundation Course in Railway Signalling-

 

Foundation Course in Overhead Line Electrification- 

There are 6 modules
together in this course. This course offers an idea on-
o Introduction to Railway Electrification Power Supply for traction system arrangements.
o Pre pegging plan and site markings, wiring plan and sectioning diagrams.
o Structure and support, Selection and Mechanical Properties, stability checks and electric clearance studies.
o Traction Power Stations, Power control system protection.
o Exclusive Onsite training.
o SCADA and Remote Control, Testing and Commissioning, OLE System Learning.

Foundation Course on Railway Track- 

An interesting 12 module course, this
segment gives you an idea on-
o Regular Track Maintenance – Introduction of tracks, Track Layouts, Components & manual maintenance of tracks, Curves and their maintenance.
o Deep Screening of ballast: Introduction, Deep screening situation & Procedure.
o Maintenance of points and crossings, LWR/CWR /SWR & bridges and level crossing.
o Curves and super-elevations.
o On site exposure of Live continuous project.
o Hands-on experience with the professional team in projects.

Foundation Course on Signal Design- 

Signalling is an interesting concept and
with 12 modules on this segment, one can learn-
o Signalling the Layout (Headway, Braking distance, Signalling plan, How to design a Signalling plan, etc.)
o Design of table of control (What is control table, Importance of control table, how to design control table, etc.)
o Circuit Logic (Part1, Part 2 and Part 3)
o Conversion of circuits to Wiring Diagrams with explanation of analysis
(Part 1 and Part 2) & Exercises.

o On site exposure to Live continuous project.
o Hand-on experience with the professional team in projects.

Foundation Course on Railways Telecommunications-

 Another 12-module
course, this segment helps you to have an idea on-
o OFC, Quad and Other media cables. SDH and MUX equipment’s. Network Management.
o Control Circuits and Omni bus IP circuits. Passenger Information System. GSMR and TETRA.
o Wireless sets for Radio communication. GHz range applications with free band. Govt. polices and Governing bodies.
o Maintaining the telecom network for Rail Industry. Field/Industry Visits.
o On site exposure to live continuous project.
o Hand-on experience with the professional team in projects.
